Jennifer Griffin
Director of Family Support
Jennifer Griffin’s LGS journey began when her son Theo, now 19 years old, received that diagnosis at the age of 5 after living with Infantile Spasms since he was 3 months old. After graduating from the Arc of California’s Partners in Policymaking program, she developed a strong love for people in the disabled community. This led her to a decade of working in the family support arena supporting, educating, and advocating for families in the school system and at all levels of government, and has taken her to her recent post as Director of Family Support for the LGS Foundation. Here she hopes to continue supporting families so they have the resources and information they need to walk this difficult journey. Jennifer is a single mom living in Santa Barbara, CA with Theo. His 2 adult sisters, Christina and Grace, support and adore their little brother. The heroism and resilience of Theo and his sisters drive Jennifer in her mission to bring a message of hope to all families dealing with this horrible syndrome.
